David Bowie is dead. The shape-shifting, mercurial performance artist who also happened to make music, died on January 10th, two days after his 69th birthday and the release of what has now turned out to be his final album.

Andy Williams R.I.P

Those swingers and crooners must be having a hell of a party in the clouds right now. Andy Williams has just joined them at the age of 84, after losing his battle with bladder cancer.

Hal David R.I.P

Sometimes, you just have to let the music speak for itself…

Donna Summer R.I.P

Donna summer, disco queen and a diva in the true sense of the word has died. Apparently it was cancer that took her. She was 63. Sixty three! I have her stuck at around the 30 mark in the amber of my mind, but she had clearly moved on. Donna, along with my childhood had just left the building.
